The school employs the TALENT MAT system which is based on a comprehensive tracking, recording and analyzing of every measurable incident of value across the activities that a student is associated with through the school day.
The gathered information is examined and analyzed within the Multiple Intelligence framework. A detailed report of each child is formulated at the end of each academic year, on the basis of which, the teachers and parents are able to discern areas of strength and areas where more support may be needed. The child’s discovered strengths are further nurtured towards excellence, and careful attention is paid to other areas in the child’s journey towards excellence. By the time the child reaches the Xth standard, his/her tracked record helps provide a fair picture of his/her strengths and counseling the child in career options becomes easier.
Encouragement and individual counseling is available to the student during school days as and when the need arises. Teachers are trained to be attentive to the needs of the student.
